In partnership with Caltech's Children's Center in Pasadena, the Columbia Memorial Space Center has renovated its early childhood development program and indoor space!

Space Academy is geared towards young children ages 6 months to 4 years old. New STEM curriculum will encourage children to work on fine motor skills, language development, and listening skills, and will expose them to art sensory exploration and pre-writing activities.

The goal of the program is to introduce children to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics at an early age. Throughout the 4 week program, children will be exposed to various topics including light, motion, air, shadow, water and robotics.

Parent participation is required (1:1 ratio only)

Space Academy meets every Tuesday and Thursday, February 19 - March 14 from 8:00 - 9:30am at the Columbia Memorial Space Center.

Pre-registration is required: https://bit.ly/2N9AYwB
